Considering that I live in a small town where the local Sears Store closed I decided to try buying bags online for my Kenmore. They aren't the heavy cloth bags like I was used to buying but they seem to work okay. I had a hard time popping it into place...but it finally went on and seems to be staying in place.
Vacuum bags are inexpensive, but not as good as the ones from Sears February 2, 2010

The bags appear to be OK and the price was certainly good, but it appears the ones from Sears are made of a much better material.

These were a much more economical alternative to the Sears brand refills. They fit in the vacuum without any problem and work fine.

We haven't really had a chance to use these bags as of yet. However, they arrived as promised in a timely manner and appear to be as described at the time of purchase.

These bags are just as good as my original Kenmore bags. These may even be better because they have a little plastic flap that you can use to cover the hole when you take the bag off. I will keep buying these bags instead of the original (much higher priced) Kenmore bags.
