The H2Oflo comes with a 3 high-grade chenille pads to wipe away dirt and grime. The Micro-fiber cloth pads are machine washable (hot water and tumble dry recommended). We use a high grade pads allowing for maximum absorption. The H20flo mop head has such a large footprint it can cover we have developed our tank to allow the largest capacity in its class.

I bought this in May. Two weeks ago, it started to leak down where the shaft connects to the mop head. Unscrewed the Philips head and re-tightened. Still leaked. Set it aside. Opened the body up and found that the lower unit (wrapped in a sort of foam/foil through which the water tube leads to the lower shaft was damp. This tells me that it was a component failure and nothing from a user-initiated situation, such as a bent or broken plastic shaft connection. And don't you know, the window of product return was closed not long ago.
The gadget worked well up until this happened. My daughter works at the local UPS store; she says she can't tell me how many of these she's boxed up and returned. Caveat emptor...

I bought this product about less than a month a go and I bought because it had some good reviews. When I first used it, my floor laminated floors were soo wet that I thought probably the product didn't work. I called customer service and explained them the situation. They sent me some information which didn't even apply to my problem. They tried whatever it took to not have the product returned to them. So I still have it, still leaving my floors super wet! I don't recommend this product. If does clean the floors, but if you have hardwood floors or laminate, this is not for you.. Not worth the money you pay!!

Contacted the company by phone and reported that this machine was burning the cord at the unit and getting the cord hot! there response was an email that reads as follows:
Thank you again for your purchase of our H20flo steam mop! To better serve you and solve your current issue we need you to confirm the following information:

Our policy is to send you the troubleshooting PDF that is attached in this e-mail to first try to solve your problem. If you still have some questions please let us know the exact time we can call you when you will be in front of the mop so that our customer service person can go over the issues with you.
Please note our warranty is ONE year limited normal wear and tear, thus if we cannot solve the issue over the phone we will have to see the mop to determine the next steps and what will take place: Here are the two options and we show that your issue falls under section TWO:
1. If you have purchased the mop and your call is within the first 3 months of your purchase date we will send you a prepaid label and you can send us the mop back and we will fix or replace your mop at our expenses
2. If the issue appears between 3 and 6 months of your purchase we will instruct you what to send back to the following address (4273 Corte Famosa, San Diego CA 92130 ) and we will fix the mop for FREE or even replace it if needed. Then we will send the fixed or new mop back to you at our expenses.
3. If the issue appears after 6 months of your purchase we will instruct you what to send back to the following address (4273 Corte Famosa, San Diego CA 92130 ) and we will fix the mop for FREE or even replace it if needed. Then we will send the fixed or new mop back to you on a freight collect basis. The cost of the freight will be no more than $12.99.
Please keep in mind that our warranty is normal wear and tear.
If we get the mop back and this is not the case we will inform you of your options of having to pay for the mop being fixed or replaced. We can get a good idea of the normal wear and tear when your customer care person e-mails you back and we talk with you over the phone.

The email gave me the PDF file about a leaking tank or machine not making steam-- hardly my problem!
I am writing in response to your email-- not steaming and a leaking tank is not the issue I have with the mop. If you read the call log to your site you will see that my issue is with the cord burning on this unit! See the picture I have provided. The cord gets hot to the touch when plugged in.
This is a fire hazard. I feel that I should not use this unit and have it replaced completely and not repaired. I also feel that this is something that should be covered by your company fully and not something that I should have to ship to you at my expense and wait to have it repaired. i have had two of these mops and i like them very well i ruined the first one ihad ,and ordered a nother one from anazom.com ,had trouble with the first mop i received but the owmer of the co. gave me his cell phone no and has stayed on the problem and sent me a new mop he has done agreat job taken care of the problem i think very highley of this mop and company wild bill

The first H2OFlo Steam Mop we received did not work. After contacting the seller, Marco Polo Direct, they immediately sent us a new mop. The new mop worked perfectly as advertised. Our floors are clean and sanitized. The triangular steam mop pad gets into hard to reach places. The sleekness of the mop handle makes it easy to reach under tables and under kitchen cabinets. We are really glad we bought this model and are recommending it to our friends. The price is a real bargain as stores and flea markets are asking $100 or more. The service from the seller was outstanding. They were really concerned that we had a problem and responded quickly. I would buy from this seller again. You won't regret buying the H2OFlo Steam Mop from Marco Polo Direct. I would advise using distilled water in the steam mop to assure hard water does not clog the mop's water system.
